Santa Cruz Car Donation is a program supporting the recovery and outreach work of Victory Outreach Santa Cruz , a nonprofit organization. Proceeds from vehicle donations help fund our mission.

To donate a vehicle:

You must be the legal owner of the vehicle.
The vehicle title must be clear and transferable.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

We reserve the right to reject any donation at our discretion.

3. Vehicle Donation Process

By submitting a vehicle donation:

You authorize us to arrange for pickup, towing, and processing.
You agree to transfer ownership through proper documentation.
Once accepted, the donation is final and cannot be returned.

We provide a tax-deductible receipt in accordance with IRS guidelines.

4. Tax Deduction

Santa Cruz Car Donation partners with a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donors are eligible to receive a tax deduction. Please consult your tax advisor for details.
